Preschool Staff

Meet the Team

Our preschool staff is made up of highly qualified and experienced lead and assistant teachers. We prioritize staying up to date with early childhood education through webinars, local workshops, and in-person trainings. All of our lead teachers hold degrees from higher education institutions. And, the support of our assistant teachers is immeasurable as they all bring their own unique experiences with early childhood and development.

Our commitment to safety is unwavering, as evidenced by our comprehensive Safe Church policies, as well as our dedication to child abuse clearances, criminal background checks, and FBI fingerprinting for all staff members. Additionally, all of our team members are trained in CPR and defibrillator use, with two defibrillators readily available on-site. We take great pride in our warm and loving program, where children thrive in a fun and nurturing environment.

Director

Madison Kaley attended Millersville University for Early Childhood Education, where she earned her Pa Teaching Certificate in Grades PreK-4. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Alvernia University.

Madison previously served as lead teacher for our PreK class. Additionally, she has experience in the public-school classroom, specifically applying contemporary curricula and interventions. Madison also holds professional experience in marketing and communications, where she has been responsible for developing programs, improving operations, and executing strategic initiatives. She is passionate about developing partnerships and serving our local and extended communities.

Madison is dedicated to a nurturing a preschool environment that is not only developmentally appropriate but reflects an understanding of the many influences that impact early childhood. Her philosophy of education emphasizes social emotional learning, cultural competence, and lifelong education for leaders in the early childhood field. She has an enthusiasm for innovation and enjoys sharing that passion with the wonderful teachers and students at Immanuel Preschool.
