Thursday Lenten Soup & Study
February 22 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
During the season of Lent, we will seek to improve our conscious contact with God through shared experiences, connection and reflection.
We will gather at table to share in a meal and to engage a new spiritual practice or grounding ritual from presenters with various faith backgrounds.
Using the language of recovery, we will focus on the works of Step 11 of The 12 Steps – “Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood God, praying only for knowledge of God’s will fro us and the power to carry that out.”
Individuals and families of all ages & faiths are welcome in Fellowship Hall Feb. 22, 29 and March 7,14, 21.
